ESA ASTRONAUT ROBERTO VITTORI WILL CONTACT TWO ITALIAN
SCHOOLS MONDAY 18 APRIL
Crew 11, comprising Sergei
Krikalev (U5MIR) Commander and John Phillips (KE5DRY) Flight Engineer and NASA
Station Science Officer, will leave Baïkonour for the International Space
Station
ESA astronaut Roberto
Vittori (IZ6ERU) will fill the third seat in the Soyuz vehicle. He will perform
the ENEIDE Mission and stay one week onboard.
Vittori will perform an
ARISS School Contact Monday 18 April at
Two schools are involved
in this experiment:
- Guglielmo Marconi
Institute in
- Einaudi-Mattei Institute
in Palmanova (Udine)
The schools will alternately
